Q) How old do I have to be to purchase Boozy Goodies?

A) All customers must be 19 years or older to purchase Boozy Goodies. Valid ID must be presented upon delivery or pick up. Orders must be accepted by the original purchaser online, or the customer being shipped to.

Q) Can I order Boozy Goodies for my 19th birthday? 

A) Yes! Of course. However, you must be 19 on the DAY OF your boozy delivery. Valid ID must be present for confirmation. 

Q) How much time in advance is required for an order?

A) We love our customers, but we do need time to prepare Boozy Goodies for your special event. Most orders require a one week lead time. If your order is needed within less than a week, please email us directly for availability.

Q) How do I place an order?

A) Orders can be placed via website, selected items will be placed into the cart and become available for checkout. Proceed to the payment window and fill out all required information.

 Q) Where do I enter the date and time I need my order for?

A) Upon checking out, there will be a section for “Notes”. Please add the required date and time for your order delivery or pick-up. A team member will reach out to you directly to confirm. 

Q) Can I customize colours to match my theme?

A) Yes! Boozy Goodies can be customized to fit a specific colour theme or party. These custom colour combinations will be subject to an additional cost, varying from the type and size of order. Please email us directly for a custom colour inquiry.

Q) Are all Boozy Goodies made with alcohol?

A) Yes! Boozy is our name, all products contain alcohol; the type of alcohol used for each Boozy Goody is indicated in the product description. For non-alcohol related events and/or orders please send us an email. 

Q) How do I pay online? Can I pay with cash?

A) Our online checkout will be prompt once you complete the customer fields. Any major credit card is accepted, as well as Paypal. Cash and debit payments are not an option at this time. 

 Q) Why is there is a fee for pick-up?

A) Our pick-up fee is to cover the cost of staff arranging your order and meeting with you. An email and/or text message will be sent when your pick up date and time is finalized. These times will have a specific windoworders not picked up within that time frame will be subject to an additional fee. 

Q) I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

A) If you need to make a change to the order, please email us as soon as you are aware. If your order is already made, or the process has begun, additional changes may be subject to a fee.

 Q) I received my order and it’s wrong, what should I do?

A) We triple check our orders before our staff delivers them however, if there is an issue with your order, please email us right away within a 1 hour window of receiving it. We will look into the matter and address it accordingly.

Q) Can I get my order delivered to a Hotel?

A) Yes! We can definitely deliver your Boozy Goodies to a hotel. Please use the “shipping” address as the Hotel address. We do not deliver to Hotel rooms. Customers must meet us in the lobby of the Hotel with valid photo ID.

 Q) Can I order Boozy Goodies on behalf of someone else/can they be delivered as a gift? 

A) Yes! Boozy Goodies are the best surprises! Please state the name of the receiver as the "Ship To" name. The person receiving the order delivery MUST be at least 19 years old, and have valid ID for confirmation. Driver's License and/or Passport will be the only forms of valid ID.

Q) How do I store my Boozy Goodies once I have received them? 

A) For the booziest results, Boozy Goodies must be kept refrigerated until they are ready to serve.

Q) Are all Boozy Goodies made with gelatin? 

A) Yes, all Boozy Goodies currently do not contain gelatin however please feel free to send us an email to inquire about allergy requirements.

Q) How do I inquire about a private catering order or event set up?

A) Please email us directly with the details of your event. Our Boozy event coordinator will be in touch.
